The Adirondack Lake Book Club will meet Monday, July 21, at 7 p.m. at Gloria Fant's home. Discussion will be on "The Light Between 0ceans" by M.L. Stedman. Call Gloria to RSVP at 548-4751.

The Adirondack Room exhibitor for June and part of July is Darla Oathout from Arietta, whose interest is nature photography. To mount an exhibit call Adirondack Room Scheduler May Fitzgerald at 548-3338.

The Friends of the Library raises money for the library's children's program and other community programs with several events during the summer. July's events are:

-- Tricky Tray with over 100 trays filled with "good stuff" to win Wednesday, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Speculator Pavilion; and

-- Huge Book Sale Friday and Saturday, July 18-19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, July 20, from 12-3 p.m. at the library.

If you have any used books to donate to our saIes, we are coIIecting them outside the library at our shed. Thank you.
