Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville held a Volunteer Appreciation Day Luncheon April 22 to honor all volunteers. All of these ladies are always busy knitting and crocheting little hats and blankets for newborn babies at the hospital. In addition, they are making lap robes for nearby nursing homes as well as quilts for the hospital's beds. If anyone wishes to knit or crochet for this worthy cause please call Elsie Maile at 924-4209 or Kathy Olsen at 924-7922.
