Folks young and old pitched in to spiff up their communities during the Central Adirondack Association's Community Pride Day Wednesday, May 1. Well over 800 people picked up litter along roadsides in the towns of Webb, Inlet, Long Lake and Indian Lake. Participants were given a bright yellow t-shirt and a free lunch for their efforts. Thanks to everyone's hard work, these towns are ready to welcome summer residents and visitors. (Photo submitted)
