The Long Lake Paddling Olympics Friday, July 26, at the Long Lake Town Beach saw canoes and kayaks compete in a multitude of races, some just for children, others with children and adults paddling together and other races reserved for adults only. The weather was nearly perfect, with mild temperatures under partly cloudy skies and a calm lake.
