IL best sites for lights and decorating named

INDIAN LAKE -- The Indian Lake Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce winners of the 2013 "Let There Be Lights" Holiday Lighting and Decorating Contest.

Residents, merchants and organizations are lighting up the Town of Indian Lake with festive lights and decorations to enhance community pride and holiday spirit.

ORGANIZATION WINNERS: first, Indian Lake Girl Scouts, Town of Indian Lake - Byron Park Meeting Room, State Route 28; second, Indian Lake Central School District, Rt. 28.

BUSINESS WINNERS: first, Professional Income Tax Service, 6124 Rt. 28, intersection of state routes 28 and 30; second, Adirondack Pickle Ladies, Rt. 28; third, Pine's Country Store, Rt. 28.

RESIDENTIAL WINNERS: first, 5313 Rt. 30, Sabael; second, 127 Pashley Road; third, 125 Pelon Road.

Special thanks were expressed to this year's contest sponsors, Professional Income Tax Service, Stewart's Shops, gra*FIX, Community Bank, Gadway Realty, Pine's Country Store and Dave Ameden Floor Care / Kim's Country Corner.

The chamber also thanks the teams of contest judges and the 25 additional applicants for their participation in this year's program.
