Despite rain Sunday, Oct. 2, a number of parishioners brought their pets to St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church in Wells to be blessed by Father Sony Pulickal, right rear, pastor of both St. Ann’s and St. James RC Church in Lake Pleasant. The blessing at St. Ann’s was at noon and at St. James at 1 p.m. Judee Lauria, center, brought her two sweet dogs, Edison and Penny. She visits local nursing homes with them.
