Saturday, Jan. 14, 10:18am: Keith J. Adams Jr., 31, Passaic Park, N.J., broke a leg in a snowmobile accident in the Village of Speculator.

Adams was on the river trail 100 feet east of the ball field parking area when he hit a tree. He told Deputy Alex Stuart he had been riding for just three days.

Saturday, Jan. 14: Michael S. Barr, 41, Gloversville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and uninspected motor vehicle in the Town of Lake Pleasant. Barr was arraigned in Lake Pleasant Town Court, where he was released to reappear Jan. 24. Deputy Alex Stuart made the arrest.
