Monday, May 12, 11 a.m.: Nicholas N. Pacheco, 31, Long Lake, was charged with second-degree forgery, a Class D felony, and petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, following a complaint at 9:11 a.m. State Police made the arrest in Newcomb. Cash bail was set.
