Friday, June 14: Anthony M. Mcalonen, 20, North Creek, was charged with trespass in connection with a June 9 incident in the Town of Indian Lake. Hamilton County Sheriff's Office made the arrest. Mcalonen was arraigned in Indian Lake Town Court, where he released on his own recognizance. He is to reappear in court July 9.

Friday, June 14: Richard D. Rodenmacher, 36, Lake Pleasant, was charged with DWI, unregistered motor vehicle, unlawful operation of an ATV on a highway, operating without insurance and no helmet following an investigation of an ATV accident that occurred June 9.

Rodenmacher was riding his 2005 Artic Cat ATV on Hamilton Lake Road in the Town of Lake Pleasant when the ATV overturned and threw him off. Rodenmacher was treated by Speculator Volunteer Ambulance Corps and then airlifted by helicopter to Albany Medical Center.

Hamilton County Sheriff's Office made the arrest. Rodenmacher is to appear in Lake Pleasant Town Court at a later date.

Monday, June 17, 10:14 a.m.: J.A. Macaluso, 51, Indian Lake, was injured in a one-vehicle accident on Cedar River Road in the Town of Indian Lake, five miles west of Rt. 28/30. She was eastbound when she swerved to avoid a flock of turkeys, lost control, left the south side of the road and hit a tree. Indian Lake Volunteer Ambulance Corps took her to Glens Falls Hospital with knee / lower leg / foot injuries.

Thursday, June 20, 1:30 a.m.: Cheyennea R. Huntley, 24, Long Lake, was injured in a one-car rollover accident on Kickerville Road in the Town of Long Lake. Long Lake Rescue Squad took her to hospital with head and back pain. State Police at Indian Lake charged her with DWI - first offense.

Thursday, June 20: Shaun T. Fredette, 25, Indian Lake, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after damaging property at the Hamilton County Jail, where he is an inmate.

Fredette was arraigned in Lake Pleasant Town Court, where he was remanded to Hamilton County Jail without bail until his next court date. He is to appear in Hamilton County Court July 2 at 10 a.m. Hamilton County Sheriff's Office made the arrest.
