Police Report - 07/11/2012

Saturday, June 30: Joshua L. Warner, 21, Amsterdam, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding after being stopped in the Town of Wells by Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. He is to appear in Wells Justice Court July 17.

Sunday, July 1, 2:10pm: Daryl L Ferguson, 35, Utica, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right after a traffic stop by Inlet police. Ferguson was arraigned in Inlet Justice Court, where he was remanded to Hamilton County Jail.

Sunday, July 1, 5:08pm: Joel A. Hart, 23, Long Lake, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny - automobile, a Class E felony. The crime was reported to State Police at 5:54 a.m. the same day. It took place in Long Lake; the arrest was made on Rt. 30 in Tupper Lake following a property damage accident.

Wednesday, July 4: Geoffrey R. Saunders, 25, Rochester, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding after being stopped in the Town of Lake Pleasant by HCSO. He is to appear in Lake Pleasant Justice Court July 31.

Thursday, July 5: William J. Murphy II, 39, Little Falls, was charged with felony DWI, felony operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of greater than .18 percent and failure to submit to a breath test by HCSO. The arrest was made in the Town of Arietta. Murphy was arraigned in Arietta Justice Court, where he was remanded to Hamilton County Jail without bail. He is to reappear in court July 16.

Friday, July 6, 9pm: Joshua J. Grems, 26, Frankfort, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or more and DWI - first offense. State Police made the arrest on Rt. 30 in the Town of Long Lake. Grems was released to a third party.

Friday, July 6, 11:35pm: Frank W. Nedoroscik, 43, Long Lake, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon - convicted felon, a Class A misdemeanor, after State Police were notified at 10:24 p.m. of a domestic dispute.
