Police Report -- 07/23/2014

Monday, July 14, 2:55 p.m.: Adam A. Krezeski, 30, Wells, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after allegedly damaging equipment at Village Rentals. He was arraigned in Lake Pleasant Justice Court, where he was released on $500 bail to reappear July 22. Hamilton County Sheriff's Office made the arrest.

Thursday, July 17, 2:35 a.m.: Michael E. Giovinco, 33, Utica, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent - first offense, DWI - first offense, and failure to dim lights. State Police made the arrest on Rt. 28 in the Town of Inlet.
