Aug. 24, 12:30am: Morgan L. Carella, 21, Roslyn Heights, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. The arrest took place on Rt. 30 in the Town of Long Lake. She was released to a third party.

Aug. 24: Nicholas R. Mauro Sr., 65, Wells, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment in connection with an incident in Wells. He was to appear in Wells Justice Court Aug. 30. Deputy William Wilt made the arrest.

Aug. 25: Kevin R. Desrochers, 21, Lake Pleasant, was charged with a petit larceny that took place in the Town of Arietta. He was arraigned in Arietta Justice Court, where he was remanded to Hamilton County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. Desrochers was scheduled to reappear in court Aug. 29. Deputy Alex Stuart made the arrest.
