Oct. 7, 11pm: Cynthia Christodardo, 49, Inlet, faces two driving while intoxicated charges after being stopped by State Police on Rt. 28 in the Town of Inlet for no / inadequate plate lamp: DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent, both misdemeanors.

Oct. 9, 3pm: Nicholas R. Dutton, 24, Camp LeJeune, N.C. has been charged with third-degree burglary - illegal entry with intent, a Class D felony; and third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony, by State Police. The alleged incident was reported at 1:52 p.m. the same day. Dutton was released on his own recognizance.
