Police Report - 11/07/2012

Tuesday, Oct. 20, David B. Jaquish, 16, of Lake Pleasant, Michael D. Johnson, 17, of Wells, and a 15 year old juvenile were arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for Petit Larceny in the Town of Lake Pleasant following a complaint on issued on October 20, 2012. Johnson was to appear in Lake Pleasant Town Court on October 30 at 7 pm and Jaquish is to appear in Lake Pleasant Town Court on November 13 at 7 pm.

Friday, Nov. 2, William J. Skinner 3rd, 24, of Johnstown was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Mischief 4th in the Town of Lake Pleasant.

Skinner was arraigned in Lake Pleasant Town Court and bail was set at $500. Skinner is to appear in court on Nov. 27 at 2 pm.

Saturday, Nov. 3, Andrew J. Thornton, 35 of Broadalbin, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd in the Town of Wells.

Thornton was arraigned in Wells Town Court and bail was set at $500. Thornton is to appear in court on Nov. 21 at 9 am.

Sunday, Nov. 4, Randall B. Seaman, 48 of Unadilla, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Intoxicated in the Town of Lake Pleasant.

Seaman is to appear in Lake Pleasant Town Court on Nov. 27 at 7 pm.
