Tuesday, April 16, 5pm: Hugh J. Broadbent, 28, Watertown, was charged with third-degree burglary - illegal entry with intent, a Class D felony. State Police made the arrest in the Town of Inlet. The incident was reported March 7.
Friday, April 19: Ada E. Fancher, 66, Speculator, was charged with following too closely and operating while registration is suspended after a two-vehicle accident on Rt. 8 in the Village of Speculator. Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Deputy William Wilt investigated.
Friday, April 19: Three juveniles, ages 13, 14 and 15, were charged with third-degree burglary after the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office investigated an April 13 break-in at Wells Central School. All three were issued juvenile appearance tickets to Hamilton County Probation Department.
Thursday, April 25, 2pm: William A. Naish, 62, Gloversville, was charged with fifth-degree criminal tax fraud and possession of unstamped cigarettes, both Class A misdemeanors. State Police made the arrest on Rt. 28/30 in the Town of Indian Lake.
