Thursday, July 25: Kristian L. Hendricks, 37, Gloversville, was arrested on a warrant by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. Hendricks was arraigned and is to appear at a later date.
Saturday, Aug. 3: Forrest J.P. Gibson, 24, Johnstown, was charged with resisting arrest. Hamilton County Sheriff's Office was apprehending Gibson in the Town of Wells on an arrest warrant out of Gloversville Police Department when he resisted. He was released to Gloversville PD and is to appear in Wells Town Court Aug. 20.
Saturday, Aug. 3: Glenn R. Vanosten, 58, Newton, N.J. was charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent and speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone). Hamilton County Sheriff's Office made the arrest in the Town of Lake Pleasant.
Sunday, Aug. 4: Charles D. Bovee, 28, Edinburg, was charged with operating while registration suspended by HCSO. He was to appear in Wells Town Court Aug. 13.
Monday, Aug. 5, 12:39 a.m.: Jasmine E. Sherman, 20, Wells, was injured when she hit a utility pole on Gilmantown Road in the Town of Lake Pleasant 1.7 miles south of South Shore Rd. Sherman told HCSO Deputy Alex Stuart she swerved to avoid two deer and lost control of the 2005 Chevrolet Suburban. Another driver witnessed the accident.
Monday, Aug. 5, 7:30pm: Willie F. Mack, 52, Indian Lake, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt of court, a misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment - following person, a violation. State Police made the arrest following a complaint received at 6:30 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 5, 8:50pm: Adam A. Krzeski, 29, Wells, was charged with DWAI Drugs - prior conviction within 10 years, a Class E felony. State Police made the arrest on Rt. 30 in the Town of Mayfield.
Tuesday, Aug. 6, 8:48 a.m.: Mark D. Ellsworth, 41, Northville, was taken to hospital following a one-vehicle accident on Rt. 30 north of Speculator, one mile north of the south entrance to the Jessup River Road.
Ellsworth was driving a 2007 Ford C3 truck owned by the New York State Department of Transportation northbound when it crossed into the southbound lane and took down about 11 guiderails before stopping. The caller to HCSO reported Ellsworth was "very incoherent" and needed medical attention.
Deputy Corey Hutchins reported Ellsworth suffered a "possible medical event" and did not remember the accident. Speculator Volunteer Ambulance Corps took Ellsworth to Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville.
