Basketball camp returning July 16

SPECULATOR - The sound of basketballs hitting the court will be heard July 16-19 when Adirondack Basketball Camp returns for a second year.

Camp will run from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday in both Lake Pleasant Central School and the village pavilion and outdoor basketball court across the street from the public beach. Daily activities include shooting contests, ball handling drills, shooting drills and games.

Those who register before June 22 will receive a $10 early bird discount. The early bird price is $50. After June 22 the price goes to $60. Space is limited.

Coach John Kelly and his Warren County Varsity Girls Basketball Team from Front Royal, Va. will be coming back to provide campers with a variety of fun including games, contests and station activities.
