Helen Evelyn Pedersen (nee Petersen) age 82, of Speculator, NY, passed away peacefully March 8, 2012.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 56 years, Herbert Emil Pedersen.
She is survived by her children Gordon (Leslie) of Wantage, NJ, Janet Dahl (Stephen), of Westwood, NJ , Alan (Leslie), of Cornwall, NY and Craig (Barbara) of Succasunna, NJ, and her beloved ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday July 8, 2012 at 2 PM at the Grace United Methodist Church, Speculator, NY.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Gospel Volunteers, Inc, PO Box 250, Speculator, NY 12164 or Speculator Ambulance Corp., Box 282, Speculator, NY 12164.

Mary Anne Gelosi, of Speculator and Inwood, NY,passed awayon April Fourth on Long Island, her sons Joseph and Jay at her bedside.
Mary Anne was proprietor, along with her partner Carl Bisaccio, of the Pleasant Point Country Inn (formerly the Speculator Trading Post). She loved the mountains, and had been summering on Lake Pleasant all of her 69 years.
Mary Anne’s cabin in Camp Merryland was her pride and joy. It had been passed down from her great aunt and uncle Vivian and LenPhillips, to her parents Nona and Matt Pancia, and is now with her sons and grandchildren, Gianna, Arielle and Joseph O.
Mary Anne leaves behind a mountain of broken-hearted friends and family members, including her brothers Edward and Thomas, sister Margaret Westcott, former husband John Gelosi, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and in-laws.
Over the past few years Mary Anne threw her heart and soul into creating the Pleasant Point Country Inn. If you stay overnight, or just stop by to visit, you will surely feel her spirit.

In accordance with his expressed wishes, the ashes of the late Howard H. Bundy II will be interned at the Speculator Village Cemetery at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 5, 2012.
The Bundy family invites their friends to join in at this brief service.
