GLOVERSVILLE -- Gloversville City Court Judge Traci DiMezza has adjourned the case against Trevor Blanchard of Speculator for the fifth time, to Feb. 5 at 9 a.m.

Blanchard, 24, was arrested Sept. 11, 2013 after allegedly threatening to shoot up Gloversville High School if a 14-year-old female student there did not send him nude photos of herself. He also allegedly sent her lewd photos.

He is accused of making terrorist threats against Gloversville High School and disseminating indecent materials to minors. He allegedly sent the girl a text saying, "I'll pull a Columbine" and "Goodbye, GHS."

Police have said Blanchard did not know the girl, but connected with her via the Internet on the social media platform Snapchat.

Michael Sutton of Sutton Law Firm in Albany was assigned to represent Blanchard, who is free on bail. It was set at $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.

Fulton County Assistant District Attorney Chad Brown is prosecuting.
