The Adirondack Lake Book Club will meet Monday, June 16, at 6 p.m. at Karen McComb's with a potluck dinner. Discussion will be on "The Language of Flowers" by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. Everyone is welcome. Please call the hostess at 548-6105 if you are coming so she can plan on chairs.

The Adirondack Room exhibitor for June is Darla Oathout from Arietta, whose interest is nature photography. Her beautiful photos have been published in regional magazines such as "Adirondack Life," "Nature Photographer" etc. To mount an exhibit call Adirondack Room Scheduler May Fitzgerald at 548-3338.

A Huge Book Sale to benefit the library's children's program and other community events will be held Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and May 25 from 12-3 p.m.
