Police Report -- 07/09/2014

Thursday, June 26, 10:32 p.m.: Benjamin M. Frasier, 27, Indian Lake, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent - first offense, DWI -first offense, and aggravated DWI - no prior, all misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

State Police arrested him on Durant road in Blue Mt. Lake. He was released to a third party.

Tuesday, July 1, 10:31 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an active domestic incident at 1891 Rt. 8 in Lake Pleasant. Clinton T. Symonds, 50, Lake Pleasant, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and harassment by Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Kevin Braunius and Deputy Jason Knapp. Symonds was arraigned in Lake Pleasant Justice Court, where he was released on his own recognizance to reappear at a later date.

Friday, July 4, 1:27 a.m.: Gary L. O'Brien, 53, Smithtown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of more than .08 percent - first offense and DWI -first offense, both misdemeanors. State Police made the arrest on Rt. 28 in the Town of Indian Lake.

Saturday, July 5, 12:32 p.m.: Bernard Robitaille, 48, Quebec, Canada was injured when he failed to negotiate a curve while southbound on Rt. 28N in the Town of Long Lake. He was operating a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he hit the guide rail on the west shoulder at the intersection with North Point Road.

Robitaille was ejected from the motorcycle. Long Lake Rescue Squad took him to Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake with lower leg injuries.
