Tuesday, Aug. 28, 12:12pm: Peter A. Gray, 19, Amsterdam, was charged with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony. State Police made the arrest in the Town of Mayfield based on a May 4 complaint in the Town of Hope.

Tuesday, Aug. 28: Peter A. Gray, 19, Amsterdam, was charged with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony. Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest in the Town of Benson. Gray is to appear in Benson Justice Court.

Wednesday, Aug. 29, 12:30am: Dustin K. Traynor, 33, Long Lake, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or more and DWI, both first offenses and both Class U misdemeanors; and failure to keep right. State Police made the arrest on State Route 28/30 in the Town of Long Lake. Traynor was released to a third party.

Friday, Aug. 31: Aaron D. Willman, 49, Broadalbin, was charged with third-degree burglary, a Class D felony; fourth-degree grand larceny, a Class E felony; and petit larceny. Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest in the Town of Arietta.

Willman was arraigned in Arietta Justice Court were he was remanded to Hamilton County Jail in lieu of bail set at $40,000 cash or $80,000 bond. He will answer the charges in Arietta Justice Court.

Friday, Aug. 31, 4:59pm: Perry J. Morrison, 45, Amherst, was charged with DWI - first offense and aggravated DWI, both Class U misdemeanors. State Police made the arrest at 310 Algonquin Drive in the Town of Wells.

Friday, Aug. 31, 10:53pm: Richard D. Sibley, 50, North Creek, was charged with DWI - previous conviction within 10 years, a Class E felony; and aggravated DWI, a Class U misdemeanor. State Police made the arrest on SR 28 in the Town of Indian Lake.

Monday, Sept. 3, 1:42pm: Shauna L. Charron, 26, Piercefield, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle - without owner’s consent, a Class A misdemeanor. State Police made the arrest following a complaint at 9:31 a.m.

Thursday, Sept. 6, 1:30pm: Otto Cermak, 67, New York City, was arrested on a Class U federal felony immigration charge. State Police made the arrest on Rt. 30 in the Town of Indian Lake.

Saturday, Sept. 8, 7:40pm: Briana L. Waite, 30, Long Lake, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent or more and DWI, both first offenses and Class U misdemeanors. State Police made the arrest in the Stewart’s Shop parking lot on Rt. 28N/30.
