Police Report - 09/26/2012

Sunday, Sept. 16: Frederick P. Charon, 36, Warrensburg, was arrested on an Indian Lake Justice Court bench warrant by Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. He was returned to the court where he pleaded guilty to third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, paid a fine and was released.

Wednesday, Sept. 19, 4:23pm: Gary J. Hull, 61, Scotia, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 percent or more and DWI - first offense, both Class U misdemeanors. State Police made the arrest on Rt. 28 in the Town of Indian Lake, east of Stony Step Road. Hull was arraigned and released to a third party.

Friday, Sept. 21: Randolph Willman, 47, Schenectady, was charged with third-degree burglary, a Class D felony; fourth-degree grand larceny, a Class E felony; and petit larceny. Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest in connection with a burglary at Piseco Lake Lodge.

Willman was to appear in Arietta Justice Court Sept. 24.
