Tuesday, Sept. 25: Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Shawn Fredette, 24, Indian Lake, in the hamlet of Raquette Lake on a bench warrant issued by Hamilton County Court. He is being held in Hamilton County Jail without bail.

Monday, Oct. 1, 9:44am: Craig M. Anderson, 41, Wells, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor, following a personal injury accident reported at 9:50 p.m. Sept. 22 in the Village of Hagaman. The other driver was Michael R. Cloutier, 42, Broadalbin.

Tuesday, Oct. 2: Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office charged Joshua R. Harwood, 28, Schenectady, with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, in connection with a May 15 theft on Benson Road in the Town of Benson. Harwood is being held at Schenectady County Jail on unrelated charges.

Tuesday, Oct. 2, 3:37pm: State Police charged Joshua R. Harwood, 28, Schenectady, with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, in connection with a theft in the Town of Hope May 4 at 10:14 a.m. Harwood is currently in Schenectady County Jail.

Saturday, Oct. 6, 9:15am: Morgan R. Baker, 27, Wells, was charged with DWI - first offense, a Class U misdemeanor, and imprudent speed after being injured in an accident at about 5:30 a.m. in the Town of Hope. State Police made the arrest at Albany Medical Center.
