The Puppet People from Schenectady had an audience of over 100 mesmerized with its rendition of Charles Dickens's "A Christmas Carol" Sunday afternoon, Dec. 8, at Wells Community Hall, sponsored by The Friends of the Virginia Hosley Free Library. The group uses hand puppets, marionettes, shadow puppets and a parade puppet to tell the tale. The show was free, with goodwill donations accepted.
