Police Report - 12/12/2012

Sunday, Nov. 25: Gary W. Kingsley Sr., 57, Morehouse, was charged with second-degree menacing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest in Morehouse. Kingsley was to appear in Morehouse Town Court Nov. 29.

Saturday, Dec. 1, 4pm: Richard G. Clawson, 34, Indian Lake, was charged with second-degree vehicular assault - injury, a Class E felony; and DWI - first offense, a Class U misdemeanor, following a complaint made Nov. 18 at 3:41 a.m.

State Police made the arrest on Rt. 28 in Indian Lake. Clawson was released on his own recognizance.

Friday, Dec. 7: Scott B. Monroe, 51, Piseco, was charged with felony DWI, refusal to submit to a breath test, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, failure to keep right and driving on the shoulder of a public highway.

Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest in the Town of Lake Pleasant. Monroe was arraigned in Lake Pleasant Justice Court where he posted $500 cash bail. He is to reappear in court Dec. 18 at 2 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 8, 4:27pm: William P. Spitzer, 51, Worthington, Mass. was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of greater than .08 percent - first offense and DWI -first offense, both Class U misdemeanors. State Police made the arrest on Rt. 28 in the Town of Indian Lake.
